Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between BC88 (hereinafter "BC88", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers, or uses the BC88 online casino and sports betting platform accessible atbc88.casa and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on BC88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside BC88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of our services.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on BC88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. BC88 enforces a minimum age of 21, consistent with the standards of international licensed casino operators. Creating an account while under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, a resident of, or a national of any Prohibited Jurisdiction. BC88 reserves the right to update its list of restricted jurisdictions at any time.
• Single Account: You may hold only one BC88 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed through BC88 or any external gambling self-exclusion scheme to which BC88 subscribes.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, current, and complete. BC88 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any information provided at any time.

Section 04

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on BC88 requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred currency (MYR). Upon completing registration, you will receive a unique account identifier and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

KYC Requirements: Before BC88 processes any withdrawal request, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer verification process. This typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the deposit account (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow).

BC88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification has been completed. Failure to provide requested documents within14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

BC88 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit:RM 20 for standard MYR payment methods; cryptocurrency equivalents vary.
• All funds deposited must be from accounts or walets legally held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported to BC88 support immediately and are subject to reversal.
• BC88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for MYR bank and e-wallet methods; cryptocurrency minimums are stated in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative will be arranged.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within10 minutes to 24 hours for KYC-verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX; bank transfer processing may take up to 1–2 business days.
• BC88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where BC88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Section 06

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets, casino wagers, and instant game plays placed on BC88:

• All bets are final once confirmed. BC88 does not accept bet cancellations or modifications after a wager has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, per game, and per day, and are displayed in the interface at the time of placing a wager. BC88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• For sports betting: odds are displayed as decimal format. The payout is calculated as stake × decimal odds. In-play odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed; the odds at confirmation time are the final odds applied.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. BC88 will not be liable for bets placed in obvious error (e.g., a clearly erroneous odds feed).
• For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UCL, and other football markets: the recognised governing body's official result as confirmed at the end of normal playing time (90 minutes plus stopage time) will apply, unless otherwise stated in market-specific rules.
• Mix Parlay wagers require all legs to win for the parlay to pay. One void selection reduces the parlay to the remaining selections at the applicable odds.
• For live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sic Bo): game outcomes are determined by the live dealer studio's certified equipment. Technical malfunctions during a live hand that prevent completion of the round will result in that round being voided and stakes returned.
• RNG-based slot and instant-game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. BC88 does not intervene in or influence individual game outcomes.

Section 07

Bonuses & Promotions

BC88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players who have accepted the specific promotion during the stated promotional period.
• Each promotion carries awagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The exact multiplier, eligible games, and maximum bet size during wagering are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live dealer table games contribute 10%–20%, and some game categories may contribute 0%. Specific weightings are listed per promotion.
• Bonus funds and associated winings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been met, unless otherwise stated.
• BC88 reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at its sole discretion where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
• Players may only claim each unique welcome or deposit bonus once per account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• The 2% crypto deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is subject to a 10x wagering requirement and is available once per player per calendar month. Full terms are available on the promotion page.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using BC88 to process proceeds of crime, structure transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Match Fixing & Collusion: Placing bets on events in which you, someone known to you, or any party you have coluded with, has influence over the outcome.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted prediction tools, or any automated process to place bets, mine bonus funds, or interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Filing a payment reversal (chargeback) with your bank or payment provider in bad faith for deposits that were genuinely made and credited to your account.
• Underage Access: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your account or participate in gambling activities through the Platform.
• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to access BC88's systems without authorisation, exploit software vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Platform's operation in any way.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the BC88 platform — including but not limited to the BC88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and video content — is the intellectual property of BC88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any BC88 content without prior written authorisation from BC88.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BC88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or interruption of service caused by technical failures, network outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes that are subsequently identified and corrected in accordance with applicable game rules.
• Third-party acts including payment processing failures or delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or FPX), or cryptocurrency network congestion.

BC88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Privacy & Data

BC88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data processing principles applied by BC88 include: data minimisation (collecting only what is necessary), purpose limitation (using data only for stated purposes), security (industry-standard encryption), and controlled retention periods (data is not kept longer than reasonably required).

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share necessary data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

Section 12

Responsible Gambling

BC88 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We make available the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Specify a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play durations with automated logout upon expiry.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications summarising your session duration and net activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Exclusions are processed within 24 hours. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.

Section 13

Termination & Account Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting BC88 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining after the resolution of pending bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

BC88-Initiated Closure: BC88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Reasonable suspicion of criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Prolonged inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; a monthly inactivity fee ofRM 5 (or equivalent in account balance) may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Section 14

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BC88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising between you and BC88 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by BC88.

You agree to use BC88's internal dispute resolution process as the first step in addressing any complaint. Complaints may be submitted in writing via our support channels. BC88 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

BC88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the registered email address or prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 calendar days before the change takes effect, except where earlier implementation is required by regulatory obligation or Force Majeure circumstances.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive amendment. Archived versions of these Terms are available upon written request to BC88 support.
